This year's Hiyaoroshi starts here. It's been a while since I've bought a GANKI because of the label, but it's still stable and delicious 😀. The first glass after taking it out of the fridge was too refreshing, but after the second glass, the rice flavor and the elegant sweetness are well balanced, and the food and sake go well together😋. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the bottle👍.

I can't get enough of the first pressing unfiltered raw sake. It has a clean sweetness like GANKI with a bitter taste! It is delicious.

I can't distinguish between Rintaro Mizusawa and Ryuta Bando😅. I also can't tell the difference between Ayami Nakajo and Nana Komatsu😅. It seems to be a disease that all young girls look the same. Today we will have the "fruity set" from the sake tasting set 🍶✨. They're all fruity for sure - looking forward to it ☺️ I'll start with the "Ganki" on the left 🍶. The aroma is mild but slightly fruity ♬♬ The mouthfeel is smooth and elegant with a sweet, umami type taste. ☺️ It's not sharp in a good way and very easy to drink ✨. The acidity is mild and it is easy to match with various dishes 😆. I'll have it with the sashimi platter that was brought to the table right away...yes, it's delicious ✨✨✨.

GANKI Junmai Daiginjo "Gratitude" wrapped in a tenugui towel, 720ml I bought this at a liquor store I came across when I went for a walk a few years ago. It was sold neatly wrapped in a tenugui towel. It is a solid junmai ginjo. I drank more and more of it.
