We compared three kinds of sake: "Takanai", "Ganki", and "Ginjokurado" 🔤 Then we chose the standard "Ganki" because we had never had it before.

This sake is a collaboration of our local Snake Kubo Shrine, also known as the White Snake Shrine in Tokyo. I hope this will bring you good fortune 🤣.

I'll start with the "Ganki" on the left 🍶.
The aroma is mild but slightly fruity ♬♬
The mouthfeel is smooth and elegant with a sweet, umami type taste. ☺️
It's not sharp in a good way and very easy to drink ✨.
The acidity is mild and it is easy to match with various dishes 😆.
I'll have it with the sashimi platter that was brought to the table right away...yes, it's delicious ✨✨✨.
