I bought the first pressing of Ganki!
The toji-san was there, so I bought one of the few bottles left!
It is a robust, solid, but pure rice made from 100% Yamadanishiki. The flavor of the rice is amazing!
We also tasted Gankino-no-ni, which was fruity, but also delicious!
We also tasted a slightly more expensive one, called "Minakagi," which came in a paulownia box, and it was a very satisfying cup, just as it was expensive! It has a beautiful cohesiveness while retaining its umami flavor.
The Ganki was delicious.
Today, we paired it with No.1 and horse sashimi.
Ganki" sake from Yamaguchi, purchased at Tokyo station on return to Kanto from Osaka business trip and Kyoto golf
My wife was out of town during the day, so I cooked dinner by myself, using kelp salt in various places.
Now, what about the "GANKI"?
Yes, it was a hit!
A little fizzy and concentrated with a great flavor and aroma, and it goes down your throat so smooth and smooth 😊.
Is it really junmai sake? Is it really junmai sake? It's about as good as it gets 🍶.
I got a sticker at Tokyo station selling it directly!
The packaging is great too 😊.
It is unfiltered raw sake, but surprisingly refreshing. Nagareki Ganki, easy to drink.
Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 17%.
The aroma is light.
On the palate, it has a greenish, slightly lime-like flavor,
Fresh fruit flavors.
The texture is clean.
Sourness and bitterness,
The taste has a clear and well-defined flavor profile.
Transparent sweetness.
It is a refined sake that you can drink easily without getting tired of drinking.
Taste 3.5/5
I got the top off first, a little rich and gorgeous, sweet as honey and delicious 🥰.
When I mixed the orikiri, it became somewhat muddy? The appearance of the sake changed to "muddy" and the taste somehow became more umami. I am sorry for my stupid tongue.
Sorry for my stupid tongue, but the sake was very good ♥️
