This year's Hiyaoroshi starts here. It's been a while since I've bought a GANKI because of the label, but it's still stable and delicious 😀. The first glass after taking it out of the fridge was too refreshing, but after the second glass, the rice flavor and the elegant sweetness are well balanced, and the food and sake go well together😋. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the bottle👍.

Ganki Junmai Sake. The Ganki is a sake that I personally can't go wrong with, like Kakura, Hakurakusei, and Yukino Kayasha. It is not modern or flashy, but it is a delicious sake, and it has a certain elegance. Since it is a junmai sake, the mild aroma of rice that is typical of junmai sake and the umami that spreads on the palate do not disappoint. And yet, the freshness of the unfiltered raw sake gives the impression that it is so well put together. I thought it would be a bit rougher and more complex, but it is quite beautiful. It is delicious.

The second drink at our favorite yakitori restaurant was Ganki by Yaoshin Sake Brewery. This time it was the first pressing of No.1 It's been a long time since I've had No.1 Ganki, so I'm looking forward to it! Let's have it right away! First, the aroma. It smells fresh. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami from the alcohol. The lingering bitter taste spreads. There is a little bit of fruity taste. The bitterness in the latter half of the mouth gradually balances out the bitterness, giving the impression that it is a delicious sake that is well worth drinking.

The 5th Shinmame Festival, the 5th Kami Ongaku Mie Shinshu Matsuri㉟. I was told to take a sticker even though I didn't drink the ganjo, so I decided to drink it after all. ◉GANKINO-2 Hatsu-hushori Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Standardly too good. It's just too straight and superior tasting. It was one of the best impressions I had this time. I'm glad I had it. I kept saying it was really good and got a sticker to take home. It was really good.

A quick trip to Kyoto, at Honmaguro Ginjo Kuroudo We compared three kinds of sake: "Takanai", "Ganki", and "Ginjokurado" 🔤 Then we chose the standard "Ganki" because we had never had it before. GANKI No.1 Junmai Namaizu Genshu The aroma is fluffy and sweet, and the mouthfeel is juicy and sweet like a melon before it ripens, then it finishes gently with a fruity aftertaste. Yes, Yamaguchi's sake is still of a high level 🥰.
