I can't distinguish between Rintaro Mizusawa and Ryuta Bando😅.
I also can't tell the difference between Ayami Nakajo and Nana Komatsu😅.
It seems to be a disease that all young girls look the same.
Well, even if I can't distinguish between young girls...
I can't distinguish between young girls, but I can taste the sake.
I can't tell the difference between young girls but I can taste the sake.
Now, Ganki 😆
The lees have melted away and the umami has become more intense!
Liquor of fortune
Aroma of rice, smooth attack. Dry with a full-bodied taste. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
This sake is a collaboration of our local Snake Kubo Shrine, also known as the White Snake Shrine in Tokyo. I hope this will bring you good fortune 🤣.
The freshness like No Ichi faded and became a calm, sweet smelling liquor.
I thought the regular one had more character and tasted better.
I also felt I got tired of drinking it.

Today we will have the "fruity set" from the sake tasting set 🍶✨.
They're all fruity for sure - looking forward to it ☺️
I'll start with the "Ganki" on the left 🍶.
The aroma is mild but slightly fruity ♬♬
The mouthfeel is smooth and elegant with a sweet, umami type taste. ☺️
It's not sharp in a good way and very easy to drink ✨.
The acidity is mild and it is easy to match with various dishes 😆.
I'll have it with the sashimi platter that was brought to the table right away...yes, it's delicious ✨✨✨.
GANKI Junmai Daiginjo "Gratitude" wrapped in a tenugui towel, 720ml
I bought this at a liquor store I came across when I went for a walk a few years ago. It was sold neatly wrapped in a tenugui towel.
It is a solid junmai ginjo. I drank more and more of it.
