After that, we wandered around Hagi - Iwasaki Sake Brewery - Tsuwano - Hanaizumi Sake Brewery - Furuhashi Sake Brewery - Horie Sake Brewery, which we had longed for, and then on to Iwakuni!
At Horie Sake Brewery, we were excited to meet Mr. Kinjaku, whom we had longed to meet!
After all that excitement, we were looking forward to having dinner at "Seasonal Cuisine Saisai" in Iwakuni!
So, the first drink at "Seasonal Cuisine Saisai" was "Ganki" by Yaoshin Sake Brewery!
This time it was a sparkling sake!
