We opened a bottle of "Orikarami" from "Ganki", which we met at a liquor store we visited a little while ago.

GANGI ORIGARAMI is a raw sake that has been bottled and aged in ice temperature. It has a ripe fruit aroma and a soft, moist mouthfeel thanks to its fresh aging. It has a grape-like acidity, ripe flavor and fullness of flavor, and a lingering finish that is firm but crisp. It is also delicious heated. I was reminded once again that this is a delicious sake, and looking back, it had been five years since I last tasted it.
Purchased at Takimoto's when Ganki was doing a tasting.
The product was sold as "ORIGARUMI Autumn Ripening" and the name and label were renewed. It has a rich sweet flavor that is slightly ripe. It has a melon-like taste. It has a bitterness at the end. The bitterness can be quite strong depending on the food to be served with it.
I thought it was quite sweet and tasty when I tasted it, but I'm not so sure. Is it tasting magic?

I have heard that the fragrance of Yamaguchi's ganki, Ki, is purposely kept to a minimum.
There is not much aroma, but it has a faintly sweet aroma and a pineapple-like flavor.

The brewery is located at the mouth of a river, and for a while the water was not good, so it was brought from a mountainous area about 50 kilometers away from the brewery.
It seems that the water is different now, but I guess a lot of hard work went into making it the delicious sake it is today.

Today, thinking about the sake brewery I visited the other day in Iwakuni, I had a bottle of Mr. Ganki's Junmai Ginjo Mizunowasan, which I received as part of my Iwakuni hometown tax payment 😀.
In case you were wondering, the brewery didn't have a limited edition so I bought the Junmai Daiginjo 🤣.
Mizunowa-san has a mild aroma, not too pronounced and tastes beautiful and easy to drink 😀.
I liked the fact that the taste and aroma were both mild and not too prominent 😀 I haven't drank it yet, but I bought it from the brewery.
I haven't drank it yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing what the Junmai Daiginjo I bought back from the brewery tastes like 😇.
