When I told the master about next week, he said that they were celebrating their 3rd anniversary and that it might be difficult to come in late. I will think about whether I will visit the restaurant that day or not. We had Yuki no Bijin. It was served with corn tempura. It was sweet and delicious. It was the best when paired with Akita's famous sake. We were very satisfied. We found a good restaurant.

I asked for "Shirasu Oroshi" (grated whitebait), and it was served in a heaping pile. It was delicious. The second dish of appetizers, shumai, was also served. It was gorgeous. Naturally, the sake went down a treat. I saw a yellow label on the fridge, so I asked about it. I had to drink it. It has a sticky aroma and a strong umami flavor, but it is not too strong. As expected.

Today is a one-man operation with one master. Usually, there is another staff member. A vegetable salad was served as an appetizer. The second drink was this one. It was the first time for me to try it. It has a strong flavor, but the slight carbonation is refreshing. It is delicious.

Exploring Oimachi. Next week, Shinshin SY and I are planning to have a drink in Oimachi after watching a baseball game. We went to a restaurant we visited last year, but we searched for another place and found this one. It was in a deep zone and we got there with some hesitation, but it was a nice, clean restaurant with only a counter. The first cup of sake I had was the first one from Ganki in a long time. It was dry and crisp, but easy to drink with a gentle, fruity aroma. This is delicious.
