How does it taste ......?
The acidity is moderate and what comes in with a sense of freshness is a pungent taste. It is transmitted from the tip of the tongue to the back of the throat. After that, the glossiness also spread with a time lag 😚.
The taste is a little different from the sake I usually drink.
I think it is easy to drink and has no unpleasant taste 😁.
I will try it again later in the day, warmed to lukewarm 😎.

The first sip is a spread of acidity, from the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue, and then to the back of the tongue.
The spiciness and umami followed and stayed for a while at the back of the tongue.
