Lingering] Short to medium. Dry and crisp finish. Light but with an acidic profile, leaving a cool, refreshing feeling.
Impression】Modern light and dry.
The aroma is subdued, but has an elegant fruity ginjo aroma, with a hint of rice. The taste is light, refreshing, and dry. However, it has a fruity and astringent taste like Kyoho grapes. It is an excellent match with seafood. A well-balanced bottle that can be enjoyed cold or at room temperature.
