It has a fresh, crisp and pleasant aroma, a fresh and tangy acidity that makes it hard to believe it's fire-aged when you taste it, the unique pure rice flavor, and a clear and dry taste that is just so crisp that you won't get tired of drinking it 🍶.
It seems to go especially well with seafood 😋.

I was a bit puzzled by the fact that it was very dry, but I wouldn't be so surprised if I drank Funaka Hachisaku from Kochi.
