This Junmai Ginjo is a blend of Yamadanishiki, Hachitanishiki, Omachi, and Gin no Iroha. It has a solid Suminoe-like feel with a crisp finish and a very pleasant estery feel at the top. It is a gorgeous dry style, but its gorgeousness is more gentle.

They have a limited edition sake that is a blend of 4 suminokoretsu. It seems that the percentage of sake rice is different every year, this year it is 20% Yamadanishiki, 26% Hachitanishiki, 22% Gin-no-Iroha, and 32% Omachi.
When we drank it, the grain aroma was weak and the umami flavor seeped in gradually. It is a calm sake with little lingering aftertaste.
