The rice used is. Yume Issho from Fukuoka Prefecture Freshly pressed and unpasteurized sake, it has a fresh and crisp mouthfeel. It has a slight muscat-like sweetness and a refreshing finish. You can drink it like a soft drink. It is suitable for a wide range of dishes, but I think it is best served with yakiniku (grilled meat). It is perfect for a rich flavor. ❣️ I would like to repeat this delicious sake. ‼️

This is one of the sake produced by Hirashima Sake Shop. I had not bought it before because I thought the name was not good enough, but since there is nothing wrong with the sake produced by Hirashima Sake Brewery, I took the plunge and bought it. I bought it. It's not great, but it's good sake. You can't avoid drinking it.
