The rice used is. Yume Issho from Fukuoka Prefecture Freshly pressed and unpasteurized sake, it has a fresh and crisp mouthfeel. It has a slight muscat-like sweetness and a refreshing finish. You can drink it like a soft drink. It is suitable for a wide range of dishes, but I think it is best served with yakiniku (grilled meat). It is perfect for a rich flavor. ❣️ I would like to repeat this delicious sake. ‼️

A drink at a sake bar in Fukuoka, the second stage. It is said that the buyer can go to the brewery and pump the sake directly. On the label is the name of the buyer, Nomokka, or this sake bar. It is certainly a gratifying experience that can only be enjoyed locally.

I found it in the special section of the supermarket I sometimes visit. The pineapple aroma is pleasant, and you can enjoy the tingling sensation in your mouth. A bitterness appears a little early in the middle of the drink, but the pineapple aroma softens the bitterness. Overall, the taste was refreshing and crisp. Thank you very much for the meal.
