Continued... Elements of Life Rindo Namaishu 2016-2017vt. This one has a rather sharp profile, bitternutty but a bit light on aging. [Karisshimi n6 Nama Sake] Sake rice is Watabune and No. 6 yeast is used. It was light and spring sake-like. Gold Front Hi-iri This sake is a low alcohol kijoshu with a lot of information. The taste is light and sweet, with a hint of bitterness in the middle of the taste. It has a bitter aftertaste. Kijoshu Monsoon Tamakae Hi-iri A sweet sake with a full-bodied flavor that I like. But there is a sharp taste afterwards. Kijoshu Monsoon Ginbuki Hi-iri It has a sweetness and a tangy aftertaste. Intense 620 Grape The mouthfeel is juicy, light and refreshing. Grapes? It is a bit like a grape. Primivaldax. The last of the Shiki Theatre. My Be Loved Farewell. Low alcohol, clear and tasty, slurpy type. It's very good. I snapped this picture just as the woman in the picture has a drop in the corner of her eye. I had enjoyed the previous Laughing Season, so I bought this wine with high expectations. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I felt more bitterness than umami. Maybe it would be better not to drink it right after opening the bottle?

Alcohol content 17 Rice: 100% Ginfukiyuki produced in Shiga prefecture Stock number 17 It has a bichibichi feeling and a rice fruity taste. This is my first kijoshu. 9 I would almost buy it again. The feeling in the mouth, throat, and alcohol is sake, but the sweetness is always there at the end and then disappears. It's like a sweetness that doesn't linger in the mouth. Slightly thickened

EMISIKI MONSOON Yamadanishiki Why this label? I bought a bottle of Kijo sake for my wife 😁. 100% Yamadanishiki rice from Shiga Prefecture Polishing ratio, 50%. Alcohol content: 17 Before my wife comes home I drank it while cooking dinner. It has sweetness, but but not too sweet for a kijo-zake? I wonder if it is not to my wife's liking. After dinner, I let my wife drink it. I let my wife drink it. "Oh, no! ❓❓ I took the glass and drank it. It was indeed sweet! From the slightly thickened mouthfeel I can feel the sweetness. Perhaps it is because the alcohol content is 17 degrees. It may be because of the 17% alcohol content, but the impression is a little heavy. but if my wife can enjoy it, I'm glad I bought it. I'm glad I bought it. ☺️ But why this label? After a morning rah in Shimada, I went south. I wondered if Fuku would be happy? I thought so 😁 Hamaoka sand dunes. Fuku runs around happily ✨ After that To Omaezaki Lighthouse, the southernmost point of Shizuoka Prefecture ✌️
