Sake rice is Watabune and No. 6 yeast is used. It was light and spring sake-like.
Gold Front Hi-iri
This sake is a low alcohol kijoshu with a lot of information. The taste is light and sweet, with a hint of bitterness in the middle of the taste. It has a bitter aftertaste.
Kijoshu Monsoon Tamakae Hi-iri
A sweet sake with a full-bodied flavor that I like. But there is a sharp taste afterwards.
Kijoshu Monsoon Ginbuki Hi-iri
It has a sweetness and a tangy aftertaste.
