I had no time to shop and grabbed one in a hurry.
The lady at the cash register asked me, "Is this sweet sake okay?" I later looked it up and learned that it was a sake called "Kijoshu.

This is the first time I've tasted a kijoshu made with sake instead of brewing water.
I was already intoxicated, but it went in smoothly and had a deep flavor, yet the aftertaste was refreshing.
I really want to try the Yamadanishiki kijoshu. I wonder if I will be able to find it...

My wife's favorite "Sho Shiki" Kijoshu. This kijoshu seems to be the masterpiece of "Sho Shiki", but we have not had a chance to try it until now................but this time the timing was right and we got it.
I immediately opened the bottle...I felt a juicy sweetness and a good bitterness. Oddly enough, it is very similar to the "Shikishima" I just had ∑(ﾟДﾟﾟ) Then I took a sip... the dark sweetness and deliciousness is in full bloom❗️The bitterness after that was really similar to the "Shikishima". But there is a more beautiful sweetness in the back ˘ω˘.

I opened a bottle of this one thinking that this year would be a year to enjoy kijo sake.
This is the second bottle of Laughing Four Seasons' Kijoshu from the "sake project". It is a raw type brewed with Yamada-Nishiki. It is a delicious sake with an elegant sweetness that fills the mouth. It is good as a mid-meal drink, but its mellow sweetness can also be enjoyed slowly after a meal.
A bottle that makes me look forward to what kind of kijo sake I will drink next. Delicious❗️

This is a rare sake made by Laoshiki.
I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't know much about it, but I heard that this is the sake that established the popularity of Shoki.
