A drink I fell in love with after being super recommended. It is delicious. Even though it is a draft sake, I put a pot on the stove and enjoy it hot. The person I am drinking it with is also captivated by it. We got it at a sacred place in Tama.

Thanks for the remote yesterday, Noci-san: 🙇♂️ Rigel butchered it on purpose, so you can take away the pre-drink 🤣.

Hello Nochi 😊 Thank you for your hard work yesterday 😀 I'd like to try Yamadanishiki as I've only had Ginbukiyo in Monsoon. I see this can also be heated 😳

Haruei Chichi, thank you very much for yesterday. Your eye power is amazing, but you also seem confident, which is great. I think I'm going to be scared when I see the two of them together with the Ginbuki next to them.

Zeek Jikon, thank you for the remote. It was very powerful, wasn't it? I'm sure the next day will be hard too. It has an elegant sweetness and umami taste. I went to Matsumoto in the summer to buy some grapes.

Since the last Laughing Four Seasons Monsoon Ginbuki was the last of the stock at home, I went to Asahiya Sake Brewery in Gotokuji, which has become a favorite of mine recently. And there it was: Monsoon Yamada Nishiki. I don't often get a chance to compare different rice varieties, so I bought it without hesitation. The aroma was more subdued than that of Ginfukiyuki, but the mouthfeel was also rather refreshing. The mouthfeel is also rather refreshing, but soon the umami and sweetness typical of kijo-zake spread out. I thought Yamada-Nishiki might be a rice whose characteristics are not so clear, but that might be a good thing because it doesn't make the kijo-zake too strong. It is delicious. I don't know which one is better than Ginbuki.

Laughing Shiki, a jack-in-the-box. It is a kijo sake, so it has a rich flavor and sweetness. But it is delicious and not too rich. It is similar to Senkyoku's Organic Naturals' Kijoshu. Be careful not to drink too much. I should have bought another Yamadanishiki too.

It was a gift from a customer who bought a packet of it. It has a sweetness followed by a fluffy & tangy sensation, and even though I like light and dry, I can enjoy drinking it.

I had no time to shop and grabbed one in a hurry. The lady at the cash register asked me, "Is this sweet sake okay?" I later looked it up and learned that it was a sake called "Kijoshu. It is indeed sweet! It looks like it would be better to drink a little with a snack than with a meal!

It's been a long time since I've had a noble sake 😚. A little scary face but stylish label. I was curious. It's also interesting to know that there are two types of kijoshu from Laughing Shiki with different rice, Yamadanishiki and Ginbukiyoke. I'm interested in the fact that there are two different types of kijoshu from Shiki. But I didn't have enough courage to compare the two. I chose the Yamadanishiki. When I opened the bottle, there was a slight aroma of wooden barrels. When I took a sip, the sweetness of Kijoshu spread in a flash and I couldn't help but smile 😊. I couldn't help but smile 😊. The sweetness matches the astringency of the wood, but the finish is light and refreshing. The finish is light and refreshing. It's sweet but not too caramelly. It's still 17 degrees ‼️alcoholic. On the second day, the sweetness immediately after opening the bottle is gone and it's a little refreshing. It is a little refreshing. Monsoon is the only reason why it is so vigorous. I have no doubt that Ginbukiyuki is also delicious. The HP says it is very sweet and has a tropical fruitiness to it. I'm curious about this one 😆. I'm curious 🤣

Forgot to upload the 20-21 monsoon. Uitate aroma is banana-like and tropical. It is sweet because it is a noble sake. Since there is little acidity, the sweetness comes out in full force, and the umami of the rice can also be felt. It is very good as an aperitif, to be drunk in small quantities. (Personally, I felt it was not suitable for during a meal.)

Kijoshu MONSOON ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Ginfukiyuki, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 17 This is the first time I've tasted a kijoshu made with sake instead of brewing water. I was already intoxicated, but it went in smoothly and had a deep flavor, yet the aftertaste was refreshing. I really want to try the Yamadanishiki kijoshu. I wonder if I will be able to find it... Here is the next bottle! My wife's favorite "Sho Shiki" Kijoshu. This kijoshu seems to be the masterpiece of "Sho Shiki", but we have not had a chance to try it until now................but this time the timing was right and we got it. I immediately opened the bottle...I felt a juicy sweetness and a good bitterness. Oddly enough, it is very similar to the "Shikishima" I just had ∑(゚Д゚゚) Then I took a sip... the dark sweetness and deliciousness is in full bloom❗️The bitterness after that was really similar to the "Shikishima". But there is a more beautiful sweetness in the back ˘ω˘. 4 stars

I opened a bottle of this one thinking that this year would be a year to enjoy kijo sake. This is the second bottle of Laughing Four Seasons' Kijoshu from the "sake project". It is a raw type brewed with Yamada-Nishiki. It is a delicious sake with an elegant sweetness that fills the mouth. It is good as a mid-meal drink, but its mellow sweetness can also be enjoyed slowly after a meal. A bottle that makes me look forward to what kind of kijo sake I will drink next. Delicious❗️

6/10 This is a rare sake made by Laoshiki. I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't know much about it, but I heard that this is the sake that established the popularity of Shoki. It had a clear sweetness that lingered for a long time. It's a little hard to drink, but I guess that's what makes it so addictive.
