Forgot to upload the 20-21 monsoon. Uitate aroma is banana-like and tropical. It is sweet because it is a noble sake. Since there is little acidity, the sweetness comes out in full force, and the umami of the rice can also be felt. It is very good as an aperitif, to be drunk in small quantities. (Personally, I felt it was not suitable for during a meal.)

This is the first time I have had kijoshu. It had a sweetness different from anything I had ever had before and was easy to drink.

Kijoshu MONSOON ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Ginfukiyuki, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 17 This is the first time I've tasted a kijoshu made with sake instead of brewing water. I was already intoxicated, but it went in smoothly and had a deep flavor, yet the aftertaste was refreshing. I really want to try the Yamadanishiki kijoshu. I wonder if I will be able to find it... Here is the next bottle! My wife's favorite "Sho Shiki" Kijoshu. This kijoshu seems to be the masterpiece of "Sho Shiki", but we have not had a chance to try it until now................but this time the timing was right and we got it. I immediately opened the bottle...I felt a juicy sweetness and a good bitterness. Oddly enough, it is very similar to the "Shikishima" I just had ∑(゚Д゚゚) Then I took a sip... the dark sweetness and deliciousness is in full bloom❗️The bitterness after that was really similar to the "Shikishima". But there is a more beautiful sweetness in the back ˘ω˘. 4 stars

It is quite sweet, as it is called "kijoshu" (noble sake). It can be drunk by itself. Personally, I like it.

I opened a bottle of this one thinking that this year would be a year to enjoy kijo sake. This is the second bottle of Laughing Four Seasons' Kijoshu from the "sake project". It is a raw type brewed with Yamada-Nishiki. It is a delicious sake with an elegant sweetness that fills the mouth. It is good as a mid-meal drink, but its mellow sweetness can also be enjoyed slowly after a meal. A bottle that makes me look forward to what kind of kijo sake I will drink next. Delicious❗️

6/10 This is a rare sake made by Laoshiki. I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't know much about it, but I heard that this is the sake that established the popularity of Shoki. It had a clear sweetness that lingered for a long time. It's a little hard to drink, but I guess that's what makes it so addictive.

Laughing Season's Monsoon. It was my first noble sake. It is often said that a noble sake is "sweet", so I was excited to see how it would taste. I felt it was slightly sweet like honey. It was sweet, but not like juice. It was relatively clean and sweet without being overpowering, while still retaining the essence of sake. Delicious. It is a sake that can be enjoyed during a meal or as a dessert after a meal.

It was the first time I drank it, but I didn't have the image of a noble sake, and it was a voluminous sake with a green fruit-like aroma, a robust taste and moderate sweetness.

I was curious about the label and bought the jackets. It's like a sweet white wine, and can be paired with western food, cheese, smoked food, and so on. The fact that it is made of rice is amazing.

Happy New Year 2022! Is there anything better to celebrate New year with than sweet noble sake? This is my first time drinking kijoshu. Type: junmai, rice: Yamada Nishiki, polishing rate: 50%, SMV: -20, acidity: 2.0, yeast: in house yeast, alc.: 17% Aroma is fruit marmelade, honey, vanilla. Flavor is sweet and sour like ripe mango juice with strong sweetnes of rice. Long finish. Very rich and full-bodied. Beautiful and noble drink. It is hard to stop sipping it. I will remember this sake.

Purchased at the same time as Monsoon Ginfuki and Yamadanishiki. Is it only fire-aged this year? The aroma is banana-like and the sourness is moderate. 720, 1800 yen

Anyway, it's sweet. I think it is different from sweet sake in the sense of drinkability. It is a noble sake.

* Shoshiki Sake Brewery Headquarters 1,980 yen It is the first noble sake. The color is slightly amber, and the sweetness reminds of marron glacé or molasses. There is no stickiness that sticks to the throat, and it goes more easily than I expected. It's certainly more of a dessert drink than a food wine. To begin with, kijoshu is a luxurious sake that uses not only water but also sake itself in the brewing process. It is a luxurious sake. By adding alcohol to the fermentation process, the sugar used to make the alcohol is reduced, resulting in a sweeter taste. I'd like to try this sake from Shiga again. 5] Buy as much as you can in the cellar! ☆ [4] If I find it, I'll buy a bottle! 3] I want to drink it again in the near future! 2] I might buy it if I see it again. I'd like to drink it again soon.
