I found this one at Old Pine.
I wanted to buy a bottle of Honjozo sake, so I bought it right away!
The price is reasonable, but the ginjo-shu blend makes it a bit luxurious!
The aroma is very dry and the taste is just as it should be.
It is said to be rich and dry, and it is!
Deep when heated and dry when cold!
For me, it's a very good sake!
There are many posts on Sake-no-Wa about traveling and drinking, but I kept the same position at home and spent the New Year's in the best possible way!
Thanks to the sake I bought in Itami, I was able to have a good time defensively!

I can't find it on the official website 🤔.
I'd like to go there for the first time in a while as I only go to Hakusetsu and rarely go to Laomatsu 😁.

It seems to be some kind of Japanese Heritage certification commemoration.
Hakusetsu is also out called Shinroku
Old pine seems to be a dry sake brewery, so it should be Hakusetsu, right?
This sake was also typical dry!
