Light and refreshing, but with a hint of sweetness. There is not much lingering flavor. The 4th picture is the shelf of the supermarket where I bought it. It's in Amagasaki, but the Itami promotion is great😳Well, it's partly because it's on the border of the city of Itami🙄. By the way, what kind of sake is Itami Laomatsu? Processor (buy sake from another company, add water and adjust it, and bottle it in-house) Seller (only sales are outsourced to other companies. Some products may have a label on the bottle. Some products have a label of the manufacturer) Manufacturer (maybe they manufacture it themselves?) The fact that there are these three patterns is a mystery. Before, there were only the top two, but recently, some products have the manufacturer's label 🤔. I wonder if they have resumed in-house manufacturing for some products only.

Good morning bouken😃 Do the breweries in Itami not make their own sake 😳⁉️ I hope some breweries will make their own sake 😌I would like to try their own sake if it is made by their own company... 😋.

Hi Rafa 😃 Hakusetsu makes their own sake in Itami 😊. I have a feeling that some of them don't make it and some seem to make it but I'm not sure 😅I might get erased if I probe too much 🤣.

It is a little strong and dry with an alcohol content of 19 degrees. Because of its strong flavor, it is best to drink it with refreshing food.

I drank it at a tasting for 200 yen per glass ❗️ ancient squeezed. A little quirky, but nice! It had a little bit of a fizzy, fizzy feeling to it, and was delicious!

It's been 9 years since I've had a drink at Itami Old Pine, and I didn't realize I was drinking on the same day 9 years ago: ...... I heard that it is made of 20% Daiginjo. It has a slight ginjo aroma and is a little sweet in the mouth, but it is hot and spicy when swallowed. The aftertaste is sharp, leaving a rich and umami flavor. October 23, 2022 Opening Itami, Old Pine Sake Brewery Purchased at the brewery Clean! Dry! Serve at room temperature. It is a junmai ginjo, but the aroma is not strong. I thought it was dry, but as I tasted it slowly, I was enveloped by a slight, gentle sweetness and a hint of sake lees (sake lees). It does not interfere with other flavors, so it is suitable for a mealtime sake!

This sake is from my wife's birthplace. I heard it is called "Gomen-shu", which means official sake of the Edo Shogunate. It has a classical taste and is quite delicious. Slightly refreshing.

Clear and refreshing to drink. Tangy on the tip of the tongue, followed by a firm spiciness Not bad at all! In 1697, 24 of the major sake breweries in Itami were allowed to have a surname belt and were designated as "official sake" by the Edo shogunate. Sake shops with a surname belt were called "onsakeya," which meant that they were distinguished from ordinary sake shops and had a high level of prestige. The name of the sake shop was "Onsakeya.

It's schwarz! It is more harsh than cola. Laematsu is a sake from our hometown Itami. It is called "Gomenzake" and seems to have been an official sake of the shogunate during the Edo period (1603-1868). The image I had of this Old Pine so far was a sake that gave the impression of being so sweet that it left a sweet taste in my mouth. *I never dislike it, but... However, this sake has a clear dry taste while retaining the flavor of nigori. It is a good sake in the current style. Also, the sourness at the time of opening the bottle gradually eases over a few days, and the dryness gradually becomes more pronounced, making it a fun sake to drink.

This sake is from Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture. Itami is the birthplace of sake (there are various theories). There is no shortage of anecdotes about this kind of sake in Hyogo. Although it is called Junmai Ginjo, it has a thick yogurt-like flavor in the mouth. The sweetness and spiciness rise, spread, and disappear with a crispness. However, the elegant pungent taste remains, trailing behind. This is delicious. I can't stop eating it. What if I heat it up? The sweetness and spiciness rise, and the aftertaste becomes more crisp. However, it is better to enjoy the refreshing richness. If you think about it, it is better to drink it cold. I thought the year had just started, but it's already the end of February. The days of being too cold to get up are almost over, right?
