I drank it at a tasting for 200 yen per glass ❗️ ancient squeezed. A little quirky, but nice! It had a little bit of a fizzy, fizzy feeling to it, and was delicious!

It is a junmai ginjo, but the aroma is not strong.
I thought it was dry, but as I tasted it slowly, I was enveloped by a slight, gentle sweetness and a hint of sake lees (sake lees).
It does not interfere with other flavors, so it is suitable for a mealtime sake!
This sake is from my wife's birthplace.
I heard it is called "Gomen-shu", which means official sake of the Edo Shogunate.
It has a classical taste and is quite delicious.

In 1697, 24 of the major sake breweries in Itami were allowed to have a surname belt and were designated as "official sake" by the Edo shogunate.
