Tourism Expo Japan 2023 Report 15📝. Nada Gogo booth 🍶 continues to be the best sake brewery in Japan The second drink was my first Old Pine. I imagine bouken drinks it regularly 💡. A little bit of sweetness, but it flows quickly and smoothly. Maybe because it was Junmai Daiginjo, the taste was too clean to clearly identify the characteristics of this brewery 💧.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee😃. There used to be an Itami sake corner at Alplaza Tsukashin, but when I went there the other day, it was greatly reduced in size😅. They used to have a Laematsu in this area, but it was dusty 💦.

Tourism Expo Japan 2023 Report 14📝. Next is the Nada Gogo booth 🍶, the best sake brewery in Japan. I was going to end up in Niigata, but if I see it being served, I won't hesitate to drink it👍. One bottle of Itami's Hakusetsu is brewed according to a recipe written in the Edo period. From the looks of it, it is dark yellow and has a matured feel🟡. In the mouth, there is a nutty aroma, quite a bit of sweet minerality, and sour bitter taste. It's quite a complex taste, more like a weirdo sake, I think 💧.
