Today we went to Hopeken in Sendagaya to watch the Rokugakusei baseball game and then to Ueno-Okachimachi for drinks. One of my friends from school told me that he had never had Tochio's fried tofu, so I took him to Yoshike Shokudo and he liked it so much that he ordered another one with sakura shrimps. Yukichuubai, with its sweet flavor and light outline, is still delicious 🙂. It is still delicious 😋.

It is a beautiful, light, dry sake right out of Niigata. I bought it as the last piece in a stamp rally at my favorite sake shop. It has no peculiarities at all, so it is very good as a food sake. It is a delicious sake that goes well with both sashimi and fried food.
