Kameizumi, Junmai Ginjo Genshu, purchased in Kochi. It is mellow, fruity, and easy to drink, and can be easily consumed on its own. Be careful not to drink too much.
I had a bottle of Chokaizan Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku-shu recommended by Fushimiya in Kakunodate, which I visited during my trip to Akita. It was a ginjo-shu with a nice aroma and a refreshing taste. It was a sake that made me want to drink more and more.
We opened a full bottle of Shugetsu Nama sake from Kariyaichi Shuzo, which had been preserved for a while while cooling in the fridge. It had a good texture with advanced maturity and was enjoyed with yakitori and snacks.
AKABU Yunokou. I found it after a long time at a sake store I stopped by. It was a nice sake with a refreshing taste, a hint of sweetness and umami, and it was a great accompaniment to meals.
We had a bottle of Sanzen Yamahai by Kikuchi Shuzo in Kurashiki, Okayama. It has a slightly sweet taste, but it has a slippery sake character. Today it was served at room temperature. Tomorrow I will try warming it up a little.
