This sake is brewed with rice harvested naturally without relying on fertilizers or pesticides, as advocated by Mr. Akinori Kimura, known for his "Miracle Apple. This sake in particular is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu made with naturally grown Omachi rice, which is the pride of Okayama and a premium sake rice that has not been artificially crossbred. The fruity aroma and elegant flavor of naturally grown Omachi rice refined to 45% by President Toji Higashi Kikuchi's outstanding sake brewing skills are the result of his efforts.
