I bought this sake when I went back home for GW. The aroma is really amazing. Or rather, a bit harsh... But when I sipped it with that intention, the sake was mellow. The gap between the two? The aroma is great, but I don't like this aroma... On the cap, there is a "Brilliant" mark.
It's just the Kimura method of the miracle apple,
It smells and tastes like an apple.
It is easy to drink and delicious.
You can also taste the umami of Omachi.
Sake made with Omachi produced from natural agriculture of the Kimura method, famous for its miraculous apples. Powerful? I could not tell the difference myself.

Purchased at Muramatsu Sake Sho, Shinbashi
Rich ❗️ fruitiness 🍋 and chocolate and cocoa like atmosphere ☺️
Very mysterious sake! It's a miracle ^ ^.
I don't think it was that expensive, but it's so good!
I'm still a fan of omachi 😆.

I was caught off guard. I picked this up with the unusual name "Miracle Sake" and wasn't expecting much, but it's really good. The rice has a strong flavor and the umami is amazing. This is a winner.
This sake was made from Omachi rice harvested by Akinori Kimura, who is known for his "Miracle Apples," using the Kimura method of natural cultivation without fertilizers or pesticides. I want to try the miracle apple too. Where can I find them?
