Decent. Reminds me of a rich Chardonnay.
Smell: Maple Syrup, Caramel, Hints of Orange
Taste: Rich, slight umami, smooth, Chardonnay, short finish, little bitterness.

It's different from the sake I usually drink, but sometimes it's good.

Today, as usual, I'm at FUKUNOTORI Iidabashi. I can't stand it if I don't come here at least once a month.
Today's service sake is Yoshinogawa Barrel Sake. Basically, it is served at room temperature, but today it comes chilled.
When served cold, the initial aroma is mild and sweet, but the cedar aroma that comes up after swallowing is amazing. The aroma of cedar is amazing after swallowing.
Excuse me for only taking a picture of the glass, but the store is so busy that I am sorry to leave the bottle there for you to take. ......

The ideal flavor was derived by identifying and blending several sakes with different tastes and aromas.
I thought it was a sake with a relatively mild mouthfeel that could be enjoyed leisurely with a meal.
