Yoshinogawa's "Special Junmai Sake Hiyoroshi
100% Niigata rice (Gohyakumangoku) is used.
The freshly squeezed sake is heat-treated once and then allowed to mature slowly over the summer.
When the temperature drops with the autumn breeze and becomes about the same as the temperature of the sake, it is packed fresh and shipped.
Yoshinogawa hiyaoroshi is made from Niigata rice Gohyakumangoku, which enhances the flavor and makes it smooth to the palate.
