It was a limited edition sake from the Yoshinogawa Museum brewery in Nagaoka, and I bought it as a gift for my parents for 6,600 yen.
It was mellow and very tasty...
★☆☆☆☆ / Cold Sake
This sake has a mellow, fruit-like aroma and a soft sweetness inherent to koji malt, and is very easy to drink with bubbles produced by natural fermentation.
It was a prize from a raffle I was allowed to win at Yoshinogawa ✌️✌️
It's 20 degrees Celsius, so I put some ice and add some carbonation and enjoy!
It's delicious! It's dry, so it's easy to drink.
It is moderately sweet with a sour taste coming after the sweetness. The alcohol content is said to be 12 degrees, but it works just fine. The price was around 1,000 yen, so it is very cost-effective.
