Kaoru-shu. The aroma of this sake was so amazing that I was surprised! The taste is also very easy to drink, with a slight carbonation and fruity taste like sparkling wine. I was surprised at how delicious Yoshinogawa was.

Purchased at Yoshinogawa store at Niigata Station during a business trip to Niigata The juicy feeling of rice spreads from the aroma to the palate, and the sweetness and crispness drift to the end in the mouth. I had heard of this brand, so I went to the store and the clerk recommended this bottle to me, but it is so easy to drink that I want to try other brands. The accompaniments were light cured ham and cheese, served in a wine style!
