Purchased at a store that sells local products of Okayama. I thought I was reading "kyokusei", but I was wrong 💦. A little peculiar reading😅. The rice is akebono. The top aroma is slightly fruity. As far as I know It was brewed by a Taiwanese who did not know how to make sake and commissioned a Taiwanese brewery to brew it! Only 380 bottles were brewed and the price was 6500JPY Too expensive 🤔

Campaign-winning sake from SNS's liquor store. Glad to meet a sake I was completely unfamiliar with. 　Cold sake is easy to drink with a pleasant sake aroma. It also has a faint sweetness. It is a sake to drink with food and go to bed with, rather than on its own. I also tried heating it up, and while it doesn't fall apart, I prefer cold sake if I want to drink it smoothly while feeling the aroma of the sake.

The aroma is subdued. The clean, pleasant acidity and the alcohol kick that comes later in the throat give it a less classic sake feel, despite its faint yellow appearance. It has won the gold medal of the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award" for three consecutive years starting in 2019. I made a hasty selection at a kiosk I entered when changing trains at Okayama Station, and it was a winner.

I opened one today that was included in a grab bag I purchased. I had received Dokpo beer before, but this was my first sake from the brewery. When I drank it, I thought it was easy to drink and the aroma through the nose was guttural, but it also smelled like bananas, as described on the package.
