Mutsu Hachisen and Mutsu Otokoyama assemblage, a limited edition sake from Yoshidaya that I bought during my trip to Nagoya in August 🍶✨The length of the description exudes a sense of rarity😅.
It was my first time to visit Yoshidaya in Nagoya, but the owner was very friendly and talked to me about many things. The customers who were drinking at the corner shop were also chatting with the owner in a friendly manner and there was a good atmosphere 😊.
This assemblage has a fluffy and gorgeous taste, but has a crisp finish.
Overall, it was a strong dry sake, just the way I like it 😋I didn't know there was such a collaboration 🥰💕.
Good morning, Wakata 😃!
I think the mellow and sharp Assan is a good combination 🧐I see from the review that it is a perfect match for our tastes 😋I would like to try it!
Good evening, chika 😃The red "Yoshidaya" printed on the back label is very special ✨The collaboration and taste of these two breweries made the trip to Nagoya worth it 🥰.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 😃I think this one is definitely to your liking 😄When you encounter this dryness & the flavor hidden in the sharpness, you will get excited for nothing ✨👍.
Hi Wakata, ☀️
Gorgeous + sharp + dry... sounds delicious just by listening to it 🥰I make similar comments every time 🤣.
I'm the type of tongue that usually goes on and on when you put it all together dry, so I'm curious about this one too 😆.
Good evening, Kotaro 😃Here, it was delicious, really 😋❤️ but I understand, drinks that lean towards the dry side basically go with everything and go on and on, no doubt ❗️
When I returned from a 16-day business trip to India, my son bought me a souvenir from his trip to Aomori! Mutsu Hachisen special junmai!
At first, it was very acidic and spicy. It is well-balanced!
I'm glad I was born Japanese!
Mutsu Hachisen Junmai Daiginjo Kura Limited Version" by Hachinohe Shuzo
The taste was refreshingly fruity and fizzy, as expected. This effervescence, combined with the crispness and bitterness, was also present. At this point, I had the impression that it was somewhat like Mutsu Hachisen. The final taste was sharp and clean. Needless to say, it was delicious. And the added value of drinking a sake that can only be purchased at the brewery adds to it. A luxurious gem.

We brought it to the store 😅.
Let's start with the Junmai Daiginjo 😋.
The sound when the bottle is opened 🤩 The puchi-puchi sensation is fantastic👍!
The gorgeous and juicy ginjo aroma spreads softly,
The profound, deep flavor permeates the entire body.
It's elegant 🤤.
