Mutsu Hachisen/Houjou Cho Shin was recommended to me at a izakaya in Hirosaki.
This sake was full of rich amino acids that complemented Aomori's delicious meals such as crab, sashimi, salmon roe, and herring!

It's so soft and smooth...!
The sushiruwashi spread out in your mouth like a flood.
The cocoa melts in your mouth, and you feel like you've been sucking on it.
The bitterness is only dry, but you can feel the sweetness.
It went really well with garlic toast with salmon cod roe cheese on it!

It's delicious 😋It's my first time to drink Mutsu Hachisen, and I thought it was very gassy because it said be careful when opening the bottle 👌I'm not good at gassy things 😅I'd love to try other Mutsu Hachisen as well 😀.
