Today I'm going to try Urahasen which I've been curious about🎶🍶.
Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ sweet and sour ginjo aroma like sweet pineapple🍍🍍😉.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it fills your mouth very gorgeously✨️✨️ but it's not as sweet as I thought it would be, it's light, and I guess it's correct to describe it as rich and dry ❔🤔It was a delicious sake, different from the Hachisen I've been drinking 🍶😋😉🎶.
Its gorgeous aroma hits the nose, and its fresh mouthfeel and refreshing sweetness are impressive. The lingering aftertaste after swallowing is pleasant. We enjoyed it deliciously.

The back of Mutsu Hachisen, which my friend from Aomori raved about.
The aroma is relatively mild. Slightly fruity.
The gaseous first attack is light, but with a strong sweetness and umami.
From the mid-palate, the taste is clear and full of minerals, and this is certainly a very good wine.
A very well-balanced bottle.
I don't think there is anyone who doesn't like this.

The aroma is a sweet pear-like aroma, and I imagined it would be quite sweet, but it is surprisingly crisp right after the bottle is opened.
On the other hand, the overtone aroma is also quite fruity, so I felt a slight imbalance 🙃.
Around the third day after opening the bottle, the taste became more balanced with the aroma, with a calm and silky sweetness 😄.
It went very well with chicken hot pot with ponzu sauce 😋.
