We used Go To to Echigo Yuzawa. So_1F3D4 brand and Naebayama brand that I don't remember seeing in Tokyo to match the local cuisine of the hotel. Junmai-Ginjo sake with Junmai-Ginjo specifications. The gentle aroma, the sweetness, and the refreshing finish give me the impression that this is a "Niigata's local sake" as I have always imagined it to be. In terms of Niigata brands that you can buy in Tokyo, I'd say it's similar to the Junmai Ginjo specs of Tsurueri or Kubota. If I tasted it, I'd never be able to understand it myself... After all, coming on a trip and pairing it with local food is the best part of local sake 👍.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki. My first impression was "It's sweet. ❣️ I felt that "Kosu-Mori" was also quite sweet for me, but it seemed more profound than "Kosu-Mori". It is like licking a muscat candy. The finish, however, is crisp with just the right amount of bitterness, so the sweetness doesn't linger and it feels refreshing. It is a delicious drink, but I think it is suitable for different situations.

It said to drink it as is, so I did. Smell of alcohol. The moment you put it in your mouth, it hits you hard. It has a nice, smooth flavor, but it's a very dry sake. This year I'm going to make plum wine with it. I'm looking forward to 3 months later 😋.

Revisited Asano Sake Shop since it was the Naebayama Fair from today. Nama Sake Comparison 😋. We started with the rightmost one, Naebayama, Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu. It has a robust taste with a strong sweet umami flavor of rice. It is more like a classic sake. It is alcoholic but not too spicy. It is the kind of taste that makes you want to have a strong flavored dish.

Nyaba sanjun maiyama genshu😽. It's a jacket, yes 🐱. I tried it with sweets (green tea flavored straw rice cake) as it says, but I don't know what to do with it 😹. The drink itself is refreshing and slightly sweet and spicy 😸😸😸😸. The quality of sake is completely different from that of brewed forest 🐈. You shouldn't give alcohol to cats.

The balance of sweet and dry taste is very good. I prefer it cold. It was my first time drinking Naebayama, but it was so good! Very easy to drink, a little sweet but not too sweet. I think it was simple and had a nice balance. was also very good drunken chilled.

At a pub. I saw the name "Naeba Shuzo" on the menu. I thought it might be "Jozu Mori". So I ordered it. This one came out lol. A soft ginjo aroma. The moderate umami spreads slowly, and The overall impression is light and mellow. It has a completely different taste from the Jyosu Mori. 2.5 Stars
