My favorite with fire-roasted sake. It's good! It's dry when drunk at room temperature, but it's easy to drink. The smell is refreshing and smells like old-fashioned sake. I'd like to drink it a little at a time, and when it gets cold I'd like to drink it hot! At last! I've drunk all the sake in the Kinki region, and I'm going to drink all the delicious sake in Japan! I'm writing this while drunk. It's definitely not Japanese!

This is the third sake of the 3 kinds of Heno-Henomoheji drinking comparison. I mean, Akishika and Akishika Heno-Henomoheji are I just realized that there is a choice of the brand name of Henno-Henomoheji I just noticed it now. This part is also very interesting. It doesn't have the same sweetness as raw, but but it's easy to find and doesn't interfere with a second drink or a meal. I want one of my friends to be there when we get together. It's an important bridge drink. ★★★★☆☆☆4/7

It was the first cup that awakened me to sake. It is the starting point of my roots, and it is still my favorite drink. You can't get it with Yamada Nishiki, but only with Omachi. mellow sweetness and umami. The sharpness at the end invites you to the next sip. ★★★★★☆☆5/7
