A trip to visit a brewery. We went to Kurikoma, the hometown of the person who helped us. We visited our favorite brewery, Senda Sake Brewery in Okutsuru Kurikoma Mt. According to the young master, even weak drinkers can be satisfied, so we bought this one. We will drink it from now on.

Furusato's second tax payment. Yamadanishiki, 40% polished rice. Almost no aroma. It is dry but has a fairly long aftertaste, and the alcohol seems to linger on the palate instead of being a cloying taste. I can't say for sure since this is my first time drinking Kurikomayama, but I guess the brewery makes old-fashioned tasting sake. I think I would like it with pickles or salted fish.

⭐︎3.8 Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 100% Gin-no-Iroha This is a new sake rice from Miyagi called Gin-no-Iroha. Quite blue melon sweetness. Strong acidity, with little bitterness and a sharp finish. It is sake, but it does not taste like sake.
