As the temperature rose, I went to a liquor store thinking that I wanted to drink a refreshing summer sake.
The manager recommended Kinonene Apple for its fruity and light taste.
The bottle was light and the label reminded me of fruity.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, with a hint of green apple on the front, as the name suggests.
It can be served like a white wine when chilled, but the full-bodied sweetness of sake is still very pleasant.
