I thought it was sweet when I took a sip, but the sake degree is +/- 0! I thought it was sweet, but it has a sake degree of +/- 0. They say it is made from sake with a sake degree of +7 and brewed in 4 stages to finish it off nicely. I see. I can see why it is sweet but has a nice sharpness.
The orikomi (oily rice cake) is also involved, giving it a strong umami and sweetness. The dry aftertaste and the alcohol makes you feel like you are drinking sake.
When I get tired of light summer sake, this is what I want.

There is no ginjo aroma, but the sweetness lingers in the mouth and is sweet to the end. ☺️
