Tai, sweet, from the same brewery.
Sweet indeed. Fruity. The sweetest I have ever had!
According to the owner, the sweet and dry tastes vary from brewery to brewery.
It is impossible to tell.
But it tastes completely different from super dry.
We will have Manrei with fried datsu. We compared this year's dry and refreshing Manrei with last year's, which had been aged for a year and had a great flavor. This time, I voted for the one from last year that goes well with fried datsu with salted lemon. Thank you very much for the drink.
It was very sweet and easy to drink, due in part to the fact that the sake has a sake strength of -15. However, even though it was sweet, it was not too sweet, and was very good.
I received this from an acquaintance.
Cold sake.
Subdued aroma
Medium mouthfeel and a lingering aftertaste that quickly disappears.
It is soft and dry.
Second bottle of dry.
This one is also clean and dry, but thicker.
It also has a slight sense of maturity that only an autumn sake can have.
It will wash down your okonomiyaki with a refreshing taste!
It's still delicious!
