On the way back from a trip, I bought this at Michi no Eki Itsuki (Roadside Station). This is the first time I've tried Manrei Karatsu sake. It is a very drinkable junmai sake with the feel of a man's sake. It has a good balance of acidity, fullness and sharpness. I will drink the rest of it lukewarm.

On the 20th, Komatsu Sake Brewery in Saga, where Manrei is brewed, held a warehouse opening ceremony 🍶.
It had been raining until the day before, but we are glad that the weather cleared up. ☀️ It was a warm day with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius!
This is the limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake version of the all-year-round super-harsh sake!

Today I'm in the mood for some dry sake and sashimi 🤗, so I bought a bottle of Manrei, a Japanese sake from Saga Prefecture! Moreover, I heard that this sake is a limited edition that is usually only available in Saga Prefecture 🤔I don't know how true this is, but I'm a sucker for words, so I bought it!
