Hajimemashite Saitama Prefecture.
Today we went to a different Kasagi Sake Shop.
Among many temptations such as Morishima, Naraman, Toichi, etc., Kagamiyama was recommended by the shopkeeper's mother.
It is delicious with a fruity and robust sake flavor!
The color and thickness are exceptional.
Kawagoe, Kagamiyama unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
It has a strong flavor and is very drinkable, but the sweetness is elegant and refreshing.
It had a delicious umami flavor.
We received a bottle of sake from our hometown Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture.
#It is #Kagamiyama Junmai Shiboritate from Koedo Kagamiyama Shuzo.
It has a fruity flavor reminiscent of a mellow melon, yet it is refreshing and easy to drink. It's still cold, so drinking cold sake while warming up with a kotatsu (table over the kotatsu) is a special treat.
What is it? It's a taste I know.
I've had something like this before! 🍹
Peach...or peach tea? 🍑
I'm not sure, but it tastes somehow elegant and stylish. Slightly bitter with a clean aftertaste.
...
When I buy sake, I hope to find a good one in an area I am familiar with.
This sake is from a brewery in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. I'm not particularly familiar with Kawagoe, but it's a neighbor when it comes to Saitama: ‼️
I looked at their website to see what else they have, and found an unfamiliar sake rice called sake musashi 👀.
...I see...it's a rice produced in Saitama.
I was told that this brewery's sake is not widely available outside of Saitama, but I would like to try their sake made with Sake Musashi if I get the chance ✨.
100% sake brewery
It's a mellow sake. And dry. Not much sweetness, but lots of umami.
Everyone loves the Character's Cup.
This is the 562nd bottle of the One Cup One Pack Festival.
