I tasted it and liked it the best, so I bought it.
It's a dark sake and even better than the regular sake, but with this sake, regular grilled eggplant and manganji peppers tasted so much better.
I want to go back to Ibaraki Sake Brewery! 😂

I haven't had a non-hana-yeast Kiraku since last year's Junmai Namaizu at an off-line meeting.
It is fresh and has a moderate sweetness and a juicy flavor. As the official website says, it's like a grape.
It also has a bit of a rummy flavor?
It tastes better a little later than when it is fresh out of the fridge.
I can't find any reviews on this when I search 🤔.
