Buy Abelia and also this one 100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Melon-like aroma, chili freshness Melon-like fruity flavor. Soft sweetness, umami, bitterness and spiciness, with a nice aftertaste. On the second day, more melon! Less sweetness and freshness, more umami and a strong taste. The bitterness is softer and the aftertaste is better than yesterday. 4th and 5th day, the gassiness has subsided, but the taste is almost the same. The brewer of Okada Honke in Kakogawa is a classmate of the brewer at Tokyo University of Agriculture, and they made this wine using Gohyakumangoku from the same Hyogo Prefecture. Okada Honke's Morinori version has a yellow label with pink letters. I wish I could have compared the two!

Hi, Pon-chan. Interesting that two breweries of the same class are brewing with the same concept ✨. I'm excited to see your post and the various challenges the brewery is taking on 🎵. I'm intrigued because I feel like this is a well-balanced sake that I would like 😊.

Hello Pon-chan ^_^ Rairaku is a sake I have never seen before. Abelia looks good, but this one looks good too✨. I wonder if it is my wife's favorite? I think...which was your favorite flavor?

Hi Pon. 😊 The image of sake making was sacred and I thought the image of sake brewing seemed to be sacred and frequent, but there are many ways to make sake, such as women as toji (master brewers) or different types of rice are used to make sake. I think it's a good thing. The number of young presidents has also increased 😂.

Hi Pon 😀 Ibaraki Sake Brewery is one of the breweries I plan to visit sometime in my walking tour of breweries😇. I really want to visit them soon 😀. I haven't tasted Ibaraki Shuzo yet, so I'm looking forward to it😇.

Ponchan, good evening 🌃 Both are delicious sake 😋. Rairaku, I think it tastes as good as the national sake 😊Kurafuto only wholesales to liquor stores that carry both Rairaku and Morinori 🤔.

Hello! It is interesting to hear that we are classmates and that the sake is brewed with the same Hyogo Gohyakumangoku. I would love to compare the drinks 🤤 but only a limited number of liquor stores carry it. I like it...

Hi, ma-ki-chan 🐦. I thought it was wonderful that you and your classmates cooperate and inspire each other to make good things... ✨ Asano Sake Shop is having a fair for these two breweries this week and it looks like you can drink both of them. I would love to try them 😁.

Hi Manta 🐦. I took the opportunity to visit this brand because you don't see it even in Shiga Kyoto 😊It was hot and I preferred the refreshing Kurafuto, but now it could be the sweet Abelia 😁. I wonder if Manta and his wife are also Kurafuto 🤔.

Hi Ikka Iyasumi 🐦. I didn't know about this project until I searched for it after I bought it 😂I didn't do enough research because I could have gotten the Morinori Ver. at a liquor store in Akashi 😅I wonder if I can go to the fair at Asano Sake Store 😅.

Rairaku, which I enjoyed drinking outside last year On August 19, when I visited Akashi, I stopped by the brewery. I tasted and bought it! Sake brewed with Abelia flower yeast Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Gorgeous unique aroma, is this from Abelia? 🤔 Pitchy and sweet 💕 Anyway, the sweetness comes! And delicious and slightly pungent! 2nd to 4th day, sweetness settles down and very nice balance! The spiciness is just right and delicious. ❣️ We tasted 3 kinds for 500 yen at the brewery! They are about 60ml each, so you can taste them well 😆. I drank the other ones I didn't buy, Yamadanishiki Ginjo 50〉(D〈Rakuraku Yamadanishiki Ginjo 50〉) Aroma is soft, flavor is soft, fresh and fruity. Sweet and delicious with good balance and aftertaste.

Pon-chan, here too 😀. It looks like you can sample quite a bit for 500 yen for 3 different kinds, so Kaorin and I can compare drinks together 😇. I still have to visit soon 🤣.

Good morning, Pon 😃! The bright pink label😍when I enlarged the photo, it was an eye opener 😳I enjoyed it so much when I drank it outside, and after tasting it further, I'm sure it's one of the best bottles I've ever purchased👍Time changes can be enjoyed too 🤗.

Good morning, Pon, ☀️ Is it Abelia yeast? ❣️ Chokaizan in Akita also has flower yeast🌸 and abelia, but looking at the reviews 👀✨I think it might be a very similar sake 😋.

Yasbay, thanks for your help here 😊. I heard that you can sample it for 800 yen if it's a good polish and for free if it's a little bit. Please try a lot with Kaorin🤣.

Hi Jay & Nobby 🐦! The classic Yakurafuto is similar to the refreshing melon🍈or muscat of Banshu Issen, so we think you two would like it too 🤔 If you come across it anywhere, please give it a try 😊.

Hi T.KISO 🐦. I see that Chokaizan's Abelia is similar! I'd like to try it 😻I also found Okuizumo's Abelia and Amabuki's Nadeshiko easy to drink, so I think I might prefer flower yeast overall: ❣️

I took a rest day after a business trip where I drank too much, and in the middle of a three-day weekend when I thought I might be too drunk to drink, I had a glass of sake that I was finally able to open. Rairaku Hananozo Abelia Nama This is a bottle that I exchanged with Mr. Bouken for a bottle of Fukui's "Yukikirara" at an off-line meeting in June when Mr. Gura came to Osaka. Originally, I drank "Kiraku KEG Bottle" during my GW Kobe trip and it was so good that I begged [bouken] to give it to me 😁. [Gugumi-nomi] The aroma is fruity with a hint of honey, fruity sweetness and umami in a smooth mouthfeel, and both are balanced and well balanced. [Mokkiri.] The same fruity aroma, reminiscent of flower honey, with a soft mouthfeel, juicy flavor, and sweetness that extends to the back of the mouth, followed by a floral aroma that escapes through the nose and a lingering bitterness at the back of the throat. Especially when you drink it with a sake cup, it is one of the best of the year and possibly the best of the year! Served with [striped horse mackerel sashimi] and [551 yaki-sai]. The fruity yet slightly bitter finish of "Rairaku" is addictive to the rich fatty flavor of the yaki-sai and its habitual aroma.

P.S. [bouken], thank you very much 🙇. A little something extra I got drunk at Sake Rabbit on a business trip to Osaka and bought a glass from the store as a souvenir ✨. Just the right drunk size for drinking Waragi water 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Gyves. I'm glad to hear you're drinking it because it's not widely distributed outside of the province, and it's great to hear that it's one of the best of the year 😆. I haven't had it for a long time, maybe I should try it myself 🤔.
