I thought, "Oh, it's Raifuku! I thought, "It's Raifuku," and reached out my hand to find it was Rairaku.
It has a mild and sweet taste.
It also has a sense of rice!
So many local Hyogo sake!
The result was delicious!
I took a rest day after a business trip where I drank too much, and in the middle of a three-day weekend when I thought I might be too drunk to drink, I had a glass of sake that I was finally able to open.
Rairaku Hananozo Abelia Nama
This is a bottle that I exchanged with Mr. Bouken for a bottle of Fukui's "Yukikirara" at an off-line meeting in June when Mr. Gura came to Osaka.
Originally, I drank "Kiraku KEG Bottle" during my GW Kobe trip and it was so good that I begged [bouken] to give it to me 😁.
[Gugumi-nomi]
The aroma is fruity with a hint of honey, fruity sweetness and umami in a smooth mouthfeel, and both are balanced and well balanced.
[Mokkiri.]
The same fruity aroma, reminiscent of flower honey, with a soft mouthfeel, juicy flavor, and sweetness that extends to the back of the mouth, followed by a floral aroma that escapes through the nose and a lingering bitterness at the back of the throat.
Especially when you drink it with a sake cup, it is one of the best of the year and possibly the best of the year!
Served with [striped horse mackerel sashimi] and [551 yaki-sai].
The fruity yet slightly bitter finish of "Rairaku" is addictive to the rich fatty flavor of the yaki-sai and its habitual aroma.
P.S. [bouken], thank you very much 🙇.
A little something extra
I got drunk at Sake Rabbit on a business trip to Osaka and bought a glass from the store as a souvenir ✨.
Just the right drunk size for drinking Waragi water 🤣.
Hi, Gyve.
You are drinking another delicious looking sake: ✍️
The aroma and the sweetness and deliciousness seem to be outstanding 🎵.
I hope to meet your top-class hit sake of the year someday 😊.
Good evening, Mr. Gyves.
I'm glad to hear you're drinking it because it's not widely distributed outside of the province, and it's great to hear that it's one of the best of the year 😆.
I haven't had it for a long time, maybe I should try it myself 🤔.
Hi, ma-ki-, ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I heard that there is another "Abelia" and "Tsukishita Bijin" which looks sharp and sharp ✨.
I'd like to repeat this when I go to Kansai again 😁.
Hi Pon, I'm so glad you enjoyed my post.
I had never heard of this brewery until GW, but I had no idea there was such a perfect fit 😁.
I'll be sure to check out the distributors when I go to Hyogo from now on ✨.
Hello bouken ☀☀☀.
Thank you so much for your help this time 😁.
After having received so many delicious sake this past week, including "Nirvana Turtle" and "Drunken Emon Natsu Ginga", it was still a shock to me 😋.
Please let me know where you sell it next time 🙇.
To celebrate my eldest daughter who graduated from a lower age preschool in March this year and transferred back to another preschool, my mother-in-law invited me to the Kobe Anpan Museum to travel with her grandchildren✨.
The girls were so excited to see Anpanman, which they had always wanted to see, and recently their interest had shifted to Sumikko Gurashi, but it seems that the Anpanman fever has rekindled again 😁.
The day we went was Mother's Day, so we had a teppanyaki course at a nice restaurant to thank my mother-in-law who usually supports me and my wife who works hard on housework and childcare 😋.
First of all, when you order a draft beer, they draw a latte art with wort, which is brilliant 😲.
Then we went on to the sake, which was on the menu 🍶.
Rairaku Keg Draft Junmai Sparkling.
Fresh rice aroma, peachy aroma, firm carbonation, light umami, slight sweetness, a little astringency on the tip of the tongue, and a sweet, light aftertaste and fresh rice aroma that passes through the nose.
This is a service called "keg draft," in which freshly pressed sake is served directly in a special bottle on a special server.
P.S.
My comment spilled out, but the 4th picture is one that I was surprised to see that alcohol is served at the Anpan Museum 🍺.
Beer poured into an Anpan man glass... it's surreal in more ways than one 😆.
Hi Gyve, good evening.
You have a wonderful relationship with your mother-in-law who is also your mother-in-law and your wife who are both giving you a form of appreciation for your daughter's celebration ✨.
I've never heard of Kegdraft before😲.
I've heard of all the different services you offer.
Good evening, Mr. Jive. You are the man who drinks beer. This is a quiz I used to do, how many pieces of breadman are there? Do you know? I used to make it a topic of conversation with the mothers at the daycare center.
Good morning, Gyve 😃.
Keg draft is a great way to enjoy super fresh sake ☺️
It's still in the process of being popularized, so it's at a slight price disadvantage due to costs, etc., but I thought it was worth drinking 😊.
Hi Jive, nice to meet you ❣️ 😃
Keg draft, I've encountered it in a brewery, but to be able to drink it like this in a restaurant ✨ sounds delicious! The whole family enjoys drinking 💕stocking up on it 👏💓
Good evening, Jive 😃.
I've never seen wort 🍺 art before 😳It's hard to do this kind of thing with sake🍶🤔The label itself is already art 🖼️ 🤗I love the idea 💡 that everyone in the family can enjoy each one 😊.
Good morning, ma-ki-!
I am so thankful to my in-laws and my parents who always help me with anything 😁.
I didn't know what keg draft was either, and the guy at the store went out of his way to bring a special bottle to my seat and explain it to me!
Good morning, Nochi-san!
I'm a man who can't go to sake without drinking beer first 😁.
I've never heard of the eating bread man thing 😲.
I've heard that they cut off the face like Kintaro candy and feed it to people in trouble.
Nice to meet you, Pekho 😁Thank you for your comment ✨
I heard that there are very few restaurants that carry it and the store owner said that there are only 4 restaurants in Kobe 🤔.
My mother-in-law also drinks Umeshu and she loved the store 😊.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀!
As you can see, the design is quite detailed and I was quite surprised 😁.
I can enjoy the bottle design for sake, but can you somehow design it with bubbles? 🤣
