Apparently, it is a new product focused on a 180ml drinkable size! So I had it right away. The aroma is appetizing and ginjo-like, and the taste is robust with a nice crisp aftertaste. I like the aggressive concept of only offering 180ml sizes.
This sake is from Asakuchi City, Okayama Prefecture.
This is also a souvenir of my drive in Okayama.
We drove along the Seto Inland Sea side from around Ako to Nissei. The sky of sunny Okayama is pleasant.
It has a strong sweetness and a pungent, but not strong, spiciness. The aroma of condensed sweetness and spiciness from the rice running through the nose. After the aroma is gone, the pungency turns pale and sharp, and then disappears.
How about when it is heated up?
It has a very yogurt-like mouthfeel.
The spiciness blooms in the rich flavor. The sourness comes later. The spiciness is different from the first sip and rushes up from the gut of the stomach, where it washes everything away.
Another sip or two - the refreshing sweetness, sharp but overlapping, gaining strength and attractiveness, is irresistible.
It shines when heated.
May 31.
We had a party to celebrate my retirement 😭Younger employees have joined us and the average age of our employees is lower than before, making us a more vibrant department👍.
From June 1, I will be rehired and continue to work without a successor, but I will do my best not to overwork myself👍.
Here's a quick comment!
I'll continue to work as hard as I can 📌 Unknown because 📌300ml ¥ Unknown because of unlimited drinks
The aroma is unexpectedly fruity💕💕.
Color is clear
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing.
It has a slight sweetness, but the spiciness comes through 💕.
Good as a food sake💕
The food was also very hearty and too much for an old person to eat 😅.
I was too focused on talking to drink much but it was a very enjoyable party 😄✌️
It was the first party in a long time after Corona, so it was a really fun and meaningful party👍
I wish we could do it more often 😄👍👍
Good morning, Makoji-san! (^o^)

Good evening, Makoji-san...this is my first post.
Thank you for your retirement. I hear that you will be rehired and continue to work hard, so please don't be too hard on yourself.
I hope you will continue to pass on various kinds of sake to the next generation.
Thank you for your comment, Hiro Totoro 😊I will continue to pursue the path of sake at my own pace without overdoing it 👍I have stopped drinking for some reason, but will post again as soon as I resume: ✌️
My wife's parents bought a series of alcoholic beverages (3)
The color is clear.
The aroma is strong and has some raw nuances. Aroma: Koji, apple, and a hint of black tea.
It has a sweet taste and a sharp texture. It goes in smoothly and is easy to drink.
Even when heated, the sweetness increases, but the balance is not lost.
It tastes better than expected.
