Shizuoka Souvenirs Extravaganza
I was supposed to buy a Kihei from Shizuoka at a supermarket in Shizuoka, but it turned out to be a Kihei from Okayama
But it turned out to be Kihei from Okayama...
Good thing I found out that there is another sake...
Then the "Kihei" limited edition sake on the right.
It is soft and light. It has a dry and astringent dry umami after a hint of green apple and cemedine.
It is lighter and lighter than the previous two, and the flavor flows like a star. The astringent nuance that gradually comes in is unique, but it disappears quickly, so it is habitually delicious!
This sake is typical of Okayama, using white peach yeast from Okayama and 100% Omachi produced in the prefecture. It has a sweet mouthfeel, and there is no mistaking the scent of peaches.
