This is the first time for me to visit this place Okayama Kamogata Sake Kujira Masamune "Dainippon Bicchu no Sake" 🐋. The writing on the label is awesome! There was a time when whaling was very popular in the Seto Inland Sea, and this brand name was born. This is another hard-drinking sake that is perfect for a meal. The strong umami stands out. The acidity is very characteristic. The photo shows Tottori Sand Dunes and Beef Bone Ramen🍜. The beef bone broth is refreshing, but the beef bone broth is very well-done and tasty 😋! I have never had this taste before! Sheshin I also drank some pear juice! I wanted to buy and try the famous 21st century pears. Too bad they were sold out🥲.

On the first day after opening the bottle, it already has a strong aroma of traditional sake, a bit like dry sake, when poured into a glass. The taste is just as it should be, dry and refreshing with a bitterness, but after about three days, the umami taste starts to develop. After three days, the umami taste develops. The taste is clean and the bitterness remains. It is best to drink it at room temperature, but it's up to your preference. I drank it with rice crackers after dinner and it was surprisingly good.
