🏠 Drinking ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I didn't care for the aroma. Crisp ‼️ and no bitterness. Maybe a light acidity when paired with veggies😊. For the entrée... Yakitori with sauce made with rice wine 🐓. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

Rice used, Ginga Yeast, Giovanni no Chikara Alcohol 9 degrees Personal preference among the four varieties: 1⃣ I saw "satsuma-jiru" in a cooking manga and was curious to make it: ☺️ Miso soup with lots of ingredients and sweet sweet sweet potatoes🍠. Perfect for 🍶´- closing 🍶´- full stomach! I love soup after all. ❣️

I've actually been a fan since the indie days: ⚡️ The first collaboration with the Iwanoi Sake Brewery (with a second one on standby♪) It's called "Denzake" ❕ or maybe... 🤭. It has a standing aroma of sweet malted rice, Japanese pear, and grapes 🍐. Juicy sweetness, acidity, It is sharp, but has a volumetric feel for a 13% 💪. The bitterness is not strong, but it is herbal, gin-like ❔ with a unique aftertaste 😌. No mention of the brewing process, but it tastes like a sake yeast 😋. There is a catharsis to this drink ✨❔❔.

This is a brand I have never had before, but it has a very unique flavor. It has a classical atmosphere with a sour taste, but the rich umami flavor is as expected of a sake from the Tohoku region. It is not a heavy sake, but it is a very drinkable one.

Drinking outside 🎵 Paid tasting ④ This is also the first time to see and drink Hitomebore Iimebore 🌾🍚? I drank too much and can't remember the taste, but it was fresh! Tasting is a great value for a little bit of everything 😍.

From the look of the label, one can imagine that it is fresh and fruity. From the moment it is poured into the glass, it has a nice citrus aroma. Fresh aroma and sweetness spreads. Sweet! I thought it was sweet, but it was only for a moment. I thought it was grapefruit, but the acidity is so strong that it might be lemon. It is a 14% alcohol original sake. Even if you warm it up, the strong sour taste does not change much.

Wakata-san konban-ha (o´mega`o)no~~! It's delicious 🍠💕︎ I usually have sweet miso soup with onions and fried tofu, but satsuma soup with chicken and root vegetables really fills you up🎶. It's good for your health without the 🍚 finish.

Haruei chichi-san konbanhar(o´ω`o)no~~ Iwate's ranking didn't include "Iwanoi" 😅. But the bitterness that we don't like is moderate 😁. I finally finished 4 bottles ‼️ 2 weeks means I might not be able to drink it anymore 😂.
