寿梨庵
I've actually been a fan since the indie days: ⚡️
The first collaboration with the Iwanoi Sake Brewery (with a second one on standby♪)
It's called "Denzake" ❕ or maybe... 🤭.
It has a standing aroma of sweet malted rice, Japanese pear, and grapes 🍐.
Juicy sweetness, acidity,
It is sharp, but has a volumetric feel for a 13% 💪.
The bitterness is not strong, but it is herbal, gin-like ❔ with a unique aftertaste 😌.
No mention of the brewing process, but it tastes like a sake yeast 😋.
There is a catharsis to this drink ✨❔❔.
