Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture. Ito Sake Brewery Co.
Denme Junmai Ginjo Tennyo no Mai
I had checked out this sake after bouken told me about it.
I bought it at the sake tour at the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store.
I had it cold.
It tastes better than when I tasted it.
The aroma is broad and mature.
The mouthfeel is a bit complex, mellow and sweet, but it's rich and caramel-like, and I think this is what nuttiness is all about.
There is a richness after the sweetness, and it can also be perceived as aged-like.
The mouth has a nice sharpness, and the acidity gives it a very slight tingling sensation.
It is a bit peculiar and you may not like it, but I personally like it.
After 2 days, the taste is gone and it turns into a smooth drink like water 😳.
Ingredients:Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: Kami no Ho (from Mie Prefecture)
Alcohol content:14
Polishing ratio: 60
Sake meter degree: -3
Good morning, Nemuchi-san!
Two bottles in a row with very strange labels!
I was thinking "Miyoshikiku, did you come up with something? I thought to myself, "Oh my God, Miyoshigiku, what have you released?
I went to "Traveling SAKE" at around 7pm on the first day 😁.
Mie Prefecture Ito Shuzo "Uzume" booth.
It seems to be a small brewery, but bouken-san had checked it out.
The person in charge was not from the brewery but a sales representative, so we could not hear much about the brewery.
The "Denmei Toyonomai Yamahai Junmai" (mother-of-pearl fertility dance).
The original umami of the rice is firm and voluminous. The acidity is moderate for a yamahai.
Hatsume Tenno no Mai Junmai Ginjo
It seems to be made with the same stance as Yamahai, or perhaps the rice is asserted in the same way, but it is more refreshing than Yamahai.
The label is unique and cool with an image of Japanese mythology.
Nemuchi-san here too😅
Denme brought a lot of things like bag pressed and it was fun to see them 😃The raw sake was 1 year aged yamahai so I'd like to try the new yamahai if I get a chance 😋.
bouken-san, good evening 🌛I also tasted the mother-in-law you told me about ❗I bought it because of the cool label 🤣I liked the variety, but the only new sake was jungin nama sake 🤔I hope you will come again 🙏.
Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour.
The label is a sheep kept at the brewery.
It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances.
I guess it's normal for a good price. I didn't buy Yamahai because I didn't want the similar taste to continue, but Yamahai might have been better...
It's the third day, but I think it's getting sweeter and tastier than the first day.
I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store.
I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁.
If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅.
I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣.
Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.
I went to the sake tour at Kintetsu Department Store.
From the beginning, I had my eye on mother-of-pearl.
I thought about buying this one because it was reasonably priced, but I decided to go with the activated nigori and the slightly more expensive junmai ginjo because they are similar in type to the Tamagawa I'm drinking now 😋.
It has a rich, slightly caramelized sweetness.
Tamagawa? is tropical, but the weight is similar, so I thought it might be a little tough.
They had a variety of bottles, but I think most of them were expensive. 300ml bottles were also available, so there was a lot of choice. You had fire-roasted and fresh, all lined up in the fridge.
When I got home and drank Tamagawa and Reijin, I wondered if Reijin was more like Hadeshiki.
Good evening, bouken-san 🌛You went on a sake tour as planned 🍶I also checked out bouken-san's sake here, Junmai Ginjo 😁On Friday, I didn't get to hear much about it because he was a salesman, not a brewer😅.
Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi 🌃
I couldn't go on Saturday so I went on Sunday, but there were a few items that were sold out in the other warehouses 😥.
There was a lady there to help me, but I couldn't tell if she was from the warehouse or not😅.
Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and unpasteurized. The original flavor and taste of this sake is alive.
It has a slightly twitchy, mellow, umami taste with a hint of bitterness. It is full-flavored and easy to drink.
A souvenir of the training. I chose this one, although I hesitated between it and Saku because it had the name of Amenouzume.
It is a little heavy for a sake beginner.
Dark sweet
Similar to Kikuhime.
I bought the label completely.
The image is "Don't cry, Amaterasu".
Wow, 30 years ago!
#Only those who know what I'm talking about can understand this ^_^;
#620
Since it is the day of the Ox in Doyo, we also enjoy eel.
It has a gorgeous aroma. It is not light even though it is active cloudy. It has a strong sweetness, but you can feel the strong flavor.
