This is a series of wines that are meant to be drunk with Western food, like white wine.
It is sweet and fruity, with high malic acidity, like a white wine. The sake level is -30 and it is sweet and delicious.
The price is a little expensive...
Level1 and Level4 are not available. Level 5 seems to be the sweetest in terms of sweetness, with a sake degree of -90 or higher, and is supposed to be served with vanilla ice cream. It is said that it will be made into ice cream next month at Kurafan.

Sake strength +15, alcohol 20.9%😳.
The rice flavor and alcohol is strong and comes with a bang!
The top two tasted different from the other Hadeshige I've had.
After this Nemuchi-san was drinking Shimane's Hatsushin but I was getting close to my limit so I took a short break😇!

The rice is polished to 60% Mie rice.
Elegant and refreshing aroma, gentle rice flavor
and a subtle acidity, and a clean and crisp finish.
A clean and crisp aftertaste.

This sake will be the highlight at the restaurant I went in for Kouei Kiku.
It is the exact opposite of Tsukikage and Ikumochi.
This is why I can't stop drinking sake ( ◜ω◝ ).

Ito Shuzo "Denrei", Mie Prefecture
Ito Shuzo is a small-quantity, handcrafted sake brewery located on the northern edge of Mie Prefecture.
I tasted the sake at the Abeno Harukas Sake Tour before, and bought and drank "Junmai Ginjo Tennyo no Mai" (Junmai Ginjo Tennyo no Mai).

I'm so drunk that I don't even remember the taste of the unique caramel-like, nutty mother-of-pearl flavor 🤣.

We first met mother-of-pearl at the sake tour in the Kintetsu Department Store.
The sake we tasted was

Special Junmai Nama-unjozo
The Tennyo no Mai had a nutty, aged taste.
I think the Junmai Ginjyo Nama-Nagaraju is more floral.
I don't remember much about it, so I'll try again...

It's a difficult kanji to type in because I can't read it and don't know the normal reading 💦 I read "den" in raden, so I type in "den onna" to get it out 😅Kanji is very deep 😳

Hwayu no Mai has an elegant sweet flavor,
Junmai Ginjo Namaiginjo was fresh and fruity.
and I preferred the nama nama sake. ❣️

Drinking Comparison. Other than another sake from the same kura, I was attracted to the 20 degree degree alcohol content, so I took the challenge.
Every time I took a sip, I had to drink: peace water, sake, quail eggs, sake, peace water, quail eggs, sake,
and I couldn't drink sake continuously (laugh).
As the label says, it is better to break it up and drink it
(I think it would be better to drink it with a glass of sake, as it says on the label.

Okay, now the cheap Junmai Ginjo. It was described as fruity, but I didn't really feel it😅.
Maybe it was too long since the bottle was opened.
