I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances. I guess it's normal for a good price. I didn't buy Yamahai because I didn't want the similar taste to continue, but Yamahai might have been better... It's the third day, but I think it's getting sweeter and tastier than the first day.

Rice used is something from Mie Prefecture Aged for 4 years, pale amber in color. Smoky and graininess with the color as it is. The sweetness is elegant, and the spiciness in the aftertaste has an impact on the throat and nose. It is a little peculiar, but I personally like it! I don't know what the original flavor was, but it has a nice aged feel. ❣️

The 22nd brewery in the Hankyu Brewery Festival 2023. Ito Shuzo "Denrei", Mie Prefecture Ito Shuzo is a small-quantity, handcrafted sake brewery located on the northern edge of Mie Prefecture. I tasted the sake at the Abeno Harukas Sake Tour before, and bought and drank "Junmai Ginjo Tennyo no Mai" (Junmai Ginjo Tennyo no Mai). Denme Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Genzake I'm so drunk that I don't even remember the taste of the unique caramel-like, nutty mother-of-pearl flavor 🤣.

Hankyu Kuramoto Festival⑳ We first met mother-of-pearl at the sake tour in the Kintetsu Department Store. The sake we tasted was Tennyo no Mai Junmai Ginjo Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo Special Junmai Nama-unjozo The Tennyo no Mai had a nutty, aged taste. I think the Junmai Ginjyo Nama-Nagaraju is more floral. I don't remember much about it, so I'll try again...

Hankyu Brewery Festival🍶6th Brewery I recommend Luteltemi 🙏. The label is impressive with a very nice illustration ✨. Hanyu no Mai Junmai Daiginjo Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo Hwayu no Mai has an elegant sweet flavor, Junmai Ginjo Namaiginjo was fresh and fruity. and I preferred the nama nama sake. ❣️ Lutemi and I also had different tastes. All of them are delicious, but when it comes to the best, they are different 🎶.

Drinking Comparison. Other than another sake from the same kura, I was attracted to the 20 degree degree alcohol content, so I took the challenge. Every time I took a sip, I had to drink: peace water, sake, quail eggs, sake, peace water, quail eggs, sake, and I couldn't drink sake continuously (laugh). As the label says, it is better to break it up and drink it (I think it would be better to drink it with a glass of sake, as it says on the label.

The 6th cup at the Great Sake Brewery Market in Mie Also by Denen-no-Megami (Goddess of Sake Banquet) This one was a bit stale... 💧. Almost more of a white wine than sake. Looks like it would go well with Italian food!
