It has a slightly twitchy, mellow, umami taste with a hint of bitterness. It is full-flavored and easy to drink.
A souvenir of the training. I chose this one, although I hesitated between it and Saku because it had the name of Amenouzume.
It is a little heavy for a sake beginner.

Since it is the day of the Ox in Doyo, we also enjoy eel.
It has a gorgeous aroma. It is not light even though it is active cloudy. It has a strong sweetness, but you can feel the strong flavor.
It's quite hearty in the mouth. It is plump, mellow and dense. The label is quite elegant, and I was extraordinarily concerned that Amaterasu might not peek out of the Iwato if it was this beautiful.
