At home. Hatsutanaka Rokuugo. A famous sake, but I didn't know much about it... Yamada-Nishiki, it's a tanaka in the middle of a rice field. I knew it for the first time. The aroma is fruity (Muscat type?). Good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness. It is a quintessential gem, suitable to be enjoyed in a relaxed and leisurely manner.

(人 -͈ᴗ-͈)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I had my first Tanaka Rokuugo 😀 The aroma is fresh and gentle, like grapes 😙 When you drink it, the subtle umami of rice and acidity are well balanced and it goes down a treat. It is a good sake for a meal 🤔This is a delicious sake 😄.

Junmai-shu, 65% polished rice, brewed by Mr. Tanaka in a sake brewery located in the rice paddies. Tanaka Rokuugo. I knew it was delicious from everyone's postings on Sake no Wa 😊. I thought it would be more of a gusto, but it was a delicious sake with a gentle rice flavor and a light texture♪ Kyushu has an image of shochu, but I was surprised at the high level of sake as well, including Tanaka Rokuugo, Koei Kiku, and Sundo 😆. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other sake I have in stock 😁.

Alcohol percentage: 14 Store Kyushu Sake Biraki (JR HAKATA CITY) Almost no gas Slightly pear and melon-like overtones The same mild aroma as on the top, a mild rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with citrus-like acidity, and finishes with a slight bitterness. The impression is that it is modern and classical at the same time, and is surprisingly robust. It goes well with a meal and is also delicious as a stand-alone wine. It went well with fried octopus and french fries.

Purchased at Tokyo Station on the way home from a business trip. This is the first time I have had it in Fukuoka. I first had it cold. I didn't notice much aroma or carbonation, but the taste was clean and refreshing, with a natural light sweetness spreading on the palate, giving the impression of high clarity and a nice sharpness. It seems to be a good drink to accompany dinner, and it has a great all-around feeling that seems to go with everything. It is so refreshing that you can drink it as much as you like with rice. It is delicious!
