The first Tenshin I have had is now a Risshun morning pressing 🍶. I like the light fruity aroma to the tangy dryness. ☺️ The label is also cute with a rabbit 🐇😊.

Purchased on February 4, the first day of spring, this sake was pressed in the morning at a local brewery and purified at a local shrine, which is very auspicious. It was pressed in the morning, so it was fresh, strong, and very tasty, and went very well with the striped horse mackerel sashimi. May you enjoy drinking sake all year long just like the label says.

first day of spring (according to the traditional lunisolar calendar, approx. Feb. 4) Drink a local alcoholic beverage It's amazing to have sake squeezed today right in front of you😵. Fresh ❗️ and fragrant ❗️ Refreshing like a Ramune 😊. Gently sweet and bitter. This was my favorite drink 😁. I have many wishes... I wish my family happiness with a good drink 🤲.
