Sotenbo's professional-only nigori!
The one that is so hard to open~! I think it took about 10 minutes last time...! I thought it would take 10 minutes, but I was relieved to hear that it takes 10 minutes for even a restaurant worker to open the nigori.
I opened the bottle a little bit and it got very hot, so I quickly closed it and let it cool down. This time, I was able to start drinking in about 5 minutes!

I had always been curious about Sotenbo, but this was my first time.
There were several types of new sake lined up, with Niigata as the main sake, so I bought this one.
The rice is Takamine-Nishiki.
Fresh and mellow flavor. A little citrusy acidity and a spicy finish.
I thought it was dry and avoided it because of the image of Jange, but it was delicious.
