I got this bottle as a return gift from a sushi bar. The aroma is a slight hint of rice. When you put it in your mouth, the gentle flavor of rice spreads in your mouth. The sourness is only slightly perceptible, but the mild bitterness and the alcoholic sensation cut through it quickly. It is excellent with fish dishes, and was served with sashimi of bigeye tuna bought at the market. It is a light and dry sake with a Niigata-like taste.
