It was recommended to drink it chilled, so I drank it cold.
The taste is fresh.
The sweetness comes first, but it is the natural sweetness of the rice rather than a fruitiness.
The sharp, dry taste comes later, giving it a wide range of flavors.
I had it with sashimi, ham katsu (pork cutlet), and chige nabe, and it went well with all the dishes.
