That's why we chose a strong active nigori today. This is a series of souvenirs from Nagaoka, Niigata.
I bought it because I was attracted by the label ❗️ which is a professional limited edition from overflowing😆.
It takes a little over 5 minutes to drink.
While opening the bottle, the cage goes up, which is a ⤴️Snow-like element - beautiful😍.
Now let's have it.
Originally, Sou Tenbo is a dry karakara sukkiri sake. How about this one?
It is refreshing and fruity.
It is different from nigori sake, which has a strong umami flavor.
It's a bit fruity. It has a grapefruit flavor. It's a type of beer that you don't get tired of drinking because it's so refreshing. As I was writing my comment, I drank half of it.
