Now it is DHC sake brewery.
Slightly fizzy and fruity. Sweet and tasty, with a bit of minerality. It tastes similar to Asakayousei, which is my personal favorite, but there are no distributors in Kansai, so I can only buy it when I come to Hanshin Department Store...
A little expensive, but that's the problem.
Other than that, Niigata in Umeda is sometimes stocked.

I think they probably have the blue bottles of Kayama's raw sake almost all year round 😊It's a rare place to buy it in the Kansai area. I got to sample a variety this time and overall it was fruity, sweet and delicious 😋.

I went to Yoshiike in Ueno to look for sake while buying snacks. It was sweet and refreshing. I have a stupid tongue and a poor vocabulary, so this is my limit.
However, for a sweet sake, it goes well with the squid and sea urchin snack I bought it with! This is a sake I can recommend!
On a different note, today's Takarazuka Kinen was jumping up and down with the title holder racing so strongly, but Deep Bond finished 4th and her ticket flew 😭 Triple Crown mare is still strong even after her injury. I would love to visit the Central Japan horse racing track someday.

I bought this one on a business trip based on a recommendation I got from a different liquor store than the last time I was there, and drank it back in the room where I was staying.
This sake also has a fruity aroma and is effervescent.
The aftertaste is a bit spicy and bitter, but it is easy to drink.
Again, I will make an effort not to drink it all and leave some for tomorrow.
The label says DHC Brewing, so maybe the name of the brewing company has changed.

I don't usually go to this liquor store, but I bought it on the recommendation of the store staff ✨.
It has a carbonated, slightly bitter taste, with a lingering sweetness and umami 💕.
I think it's because it's a pure sake, but I can also feel the alcohol.
This is my first sake from this brewery and it's delicious👍.
The liquor store where I bought it is in my neighborhood, so I would like to try other sake from this brewery 😋.
