An hour and a half into the restaurant.
The gringo who was drinking alone at the counter has paid his bill and is gone.
The counter is basically a couple.
I'm alone, mooching and posting to the sake crocodile (lol).
Anyway, I can only post this kind of thing when I am alone and not under the guidance of my wife, because the map function does not seem to recognize me unless I am near a restaurant.
I don't need to eat and drink in a hurry, so I'm just going at my own pace.
The fifth cup was Masumi from Nagano.
I guess this is a brand that I sometimes have a connection with.
When I took a sip, I felt the sourness on top of the clean water.
It is easy to drink and goes with everything! It is easy to drink and goes with everything! It is easy to drink and goes with everything!
It's amazing.
Groups of people kept coming in one after another.
I wonder if many company workers come to the restaurant on weekdays.
They refuse to take reservations.
No, it's nice to see so many people!
White and marvelous. Strong off-gassing, sweet, low-alcohol, with a finish like a white wine.
Thatch color, a little fruity, a little fruity, soft entry, thick finish.
Black, apple, pear, full, slightly sweet, soft finish.
True Chu, Mountain Waste. Aroma of mushrooms, spice. I want to heat it up.
I'd like to heat it up. Sake aroma, slightly woody, sweet, grassy.
I am a fan of secondary fermentation in the bottle. The bubbles are quite fine, ranking high among second fermentation sake. The silky bubbles are wonderful, but the taste is disappointing.
The Miyasaka I just had was so good 🥲.
Good evening, first series drop, but I actually missed the 700 check-in here 💁.
MIYASAKA Miyamanishiki Direct Kumi Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu
2023BY✨
This is another brand from the same brewery that originated the No. 7 yeast and is famous for "Masumi". The concept seems to be different rice, use of No. 7 yeast, and direct pumping 😊.
Surprisingly quiet when opened. The aroma is not flashy, but has a slight hint of white sugar and caramel (because it has been a little while since it was made?). The aroma is not flashy, just a little bit of white sugar and caramel (because it's been a little while since it was made?), and since it is a directly pumped Nakadori sake, you can enjoy the sweet and delicious taste with nuances of white peach, honey, and nuts based on the light acidity with some chirichiri 😋😋😋😋😋 The finish is a bit heavy alcohol and dry, which is good sake that you will never get tired of drinking👍.
I'll try Masumi next time 🙌
