Rustic flavor. Gentle sweetness. Mild aroma. There is nothing sharp, but it has presence. I see, this is Masumi.
It is an ordinary sake. I would not dare to choose it for my own tastes, which is why I taste it carefully at the event.

You can drink a fair amount of 12 different kinds of sake, so if you drink at a healthy pace, it will take quite a while.

It's quite light in sweetness and acidity, and it's rather dry and refreshing!
