I drank it hot.
It's perfect for microwaving and sipping.
Maybe better lukewarm.
Still has a little bit of a tangy taste, but it's easy to drink. Not so good at room temperature.

Today I attended the wine festival at the Sagami-Ono Sake Raku Festival. To be honest, the wine didn't sting much. I bought this one at a liquor store in Sagamiono as a palate cleanser.
It has a slightly sour aroma. The fine bubbles were popping. It is not fruity, but has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and is delicious with a strong umami flavor.
I had recently been looking into this sake because I wanted to visit the brewery.

It is yellow in color and has a classic, alcoholic taste, but it is surprisingly light and easy to drink. It is called "dry," but it also has a hint of sweetness.
It might be good as a winter sake, lukewarm.
