☀️
Masamune hunters go today🍶.
I found an undrinkable Masamune at "TABI BAR & CAFE SUZUVEL" 😆.
It is a Masamune brewed by Obata Shuzo, famous for Manotsuru.
It has a mineral aroma 😳.
Clean herbal mouthfeel 🌿.
The aroma is so rich that the sensation of sake fades 🫥.
Rice flavor🌾 masks the sweetness and acidity, and the ginjo aroma stimulates the nose.
It leaves a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste🙄.
It was a new drinking experience with a unique flavor 🤗.
How cool to "speak without speaking" 🤩.
I thought I should come up with a catchphrase like "Nice Masamune without talking about it" ❓🤣.
Nice Masamune👍
Hi Hiro 😃
Your attitude to keep searching for Masamune at all times! I admire you 🥹cool expression ‼️
And "talk without drinking" sounds annoying 😅.
'Sleep without getting drunk😪' is troublesome and I'd love to meet someone who 'drinks without buying' 😆.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
I was looking for "Masamune" when I looked at the menu. It's totally a curse ☠️
"Don't drink, buy a drink"...maybe if you're in the port area and you're a daddy's boy 😆 Well, they won't buy you a drink for an old man 🤣.
☀️
The Niigata series continues.
We returned to the Niigata Station area and entered a restaurant where we could have a lunchtime drink 😁.
This is "TABI BAR & CAFE SUZUVEL". Stylish interior and friendly master ✨.
They have countless drinks 😳.
Well, let's start with this one... I ordered from what I saw 😅
I heard it's called Enmusubi. I see 🙄.
It's a big-boned rice flavor that is typical of Gohyakumangoku 🌾.
It is easy to drink with a clean yet thick umami and a strong flavor with the sense of rice at its core.
It is said to be a sake made by local high school students and may be the start of the birth of a future star toji✨🤗.

The temperature was 60 degrees. The sake is well made and tastes great without losing its flavor.
It has a firm taste with a wide range of umami flavor.
It has a wide range of umami flavor. It tastes so good that you want to drink it all the time. It is a blend of various spices such as octagon and cinnamon. There is no red pepper in it, but it makes your body feel warm.
Thank you very much.
When I put it in my mouth, the rich, mellow flavor spread throughout the entire kichi, and it was delicious! I felt it was delicious.
The taste was so rich and delicious that when I took a sip, the richness and umami flavor spread throughout the whole kichi, and it was delicious!
I have rarely had sake from outside Niigata Prefecture, so Tetorigawa and Kikuhime are different from Niigata's sake, and I felt the depth of Japanese sake.
Sake brewed with Hyakumangoku No Shiro, a new sake rice from Ishikawa Prefecture.
It has a clean taste, soft, refreshing, sweet, and slightly carbonated.
I thought it would taste even better if served in a champagne glass.

This one was moderate.
Gindagawa's sake has an image of a flavor range that is layered vertically in layers.
Sake degree -2 degrees Slightly sweet sake.
It has a mild and tasty flavor with no alcohol angle due to aging.
The sweetness is not from sugar, but from rice, so it goes down the throat softly and smoothly.
I would like to try heating it up next time.
Light, dry, and fragrant sake
Not too light, but with a unique peculiar taste.
Aroma: Aroma with a sense of maturity similar to that of oak barrels.
