☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I found an undrinkable Masamune at "TABI BAR & CAFE SUZUVEL" 😆. It is a Masamune brewed by Obata Shuzo, famous for Manotsuru. It has a mineral aroma 😳. Clean herbal mouthfeel 🌿. The aroma is so rich that the sensation of sake fades 🫥. Rice flavor🌾 masks the sweetness and acidity, and the ginjo aroma stimulates the nose. It leaves a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste🙄. It was a new drinking experience with a unique flavor 🤗. How cool to "speak without speaking" 🤩. I thought I should come up with a catchphrase like "Nice Masamune without talking about it" ❓🤣. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ The Niigata series continues. We returned to the Niigata Station area and entered a restaurant where we could have a lunchtime drink 😁. This is "TABI BAR & CAFE SUZUVEL". Stylish interior and friendly master ✨. They have countless drinks 😳. Well, let's start with this one... I ordered from what I saw 😅 I heard it's called Enmusubi. I see 🙄. It's a big-boned rice flavor that is typical of Gohyakumangoku 🌾. It is easy to drink with a clean yet thick umami and a strong flavor with the sense of rice at its core. It is said to be a sake made by local high school students and may be the start of the birth of a future star toji✨🤗.
